We strive to deliver great customer service however sometimes things do go wrong.
In the rare case should you not be happy with your purchase, we offer a no quibble refund or replacement policy. If you choose to have a refund, you will need to return the item to us in its original condition. Once we have received your item, we will then issue you a full refund minus postage costs.
For a replacement panel please contact us at [email protected] stating your order number, and photo of the panel you need replacing.
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee; this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
